Moving along on our hiking 🥾 challenge for the year we are at hike 12! Crazy 😜

Avery’s Pond is a short 1mile out and 1 mile back trail. If you go at the right time of year you can add a half mile to the hike by walking around the pond at the end of the mile.

This hike is in the Rattlesnake Bar Recreation Area and goes along part of the Pioneer Express Trail. You will find a single portable bathroom and need to pay a parking fee. This area is also popular for horses and boats.
